Most manual machining 4th AXIS work is about cutting features along an arc, which is hardly done with a manual machine. CNC makes cutting along an arc much smoother.

In some and many cases, we do continuous machining with a 4th AXIS. In other words, the cutter will be machining as the 4th AXIS turns.

Nowadays, engraving is made with CNC machines. The CNC processes the milling path, which the CAD-CAM software creates from the drawings and transmits it to the control device.

For ANY project, we offer a full variety 3D profiling machining service to achieve organic and contoured surfaces in a wide range of materials; delivering AMAZING definition strength, and surface finishing combined with an exquisitely appealing output.

We specialize in two 2D variations: both the 2D and the 2.5D. When working in two dimensions (2D) is basically about cutting out a part with features that are all at the same depth.

While working in two and a half dimensions (2.5D) means that you are cutting a part that has multiple flat features at varying depths. 2D cutting is also considered economical and useful for complex shapes and high dimensional tolerances, alongside to smooth attractive finishes.
